The Compucorp Model 630 is practically identical to the Diablo 630. It utilizes a lightweight metal daisy wheel at a speed of about 15 characters per second. The daisy wheel is flat with two rows of characters on the ends of the petals. When printing a single petal will strike the paper one at a time. The printer uses cartridge-loaded ribbons in different colors and an endless cloth ribbon.
