CES ED-Lab 700 was produced by CES Industries in the 1980s.
This analog computer used to train students digital logic and microprocessor basics through problem solving and system experiments. Banana plug jacks were used on its interface.
Its many features include:
a clock with two 180º outputs, inverters, flip flops, voltage meter, and LED displays with Boolean logic, Threshold logic, and switches with AND, NAND, NOR, and OR gates.
When in use the CES Ed-Lab 700, generates noises and because of this feature it has been used as a synthesizer for musicians.
